It’s so cold at Niagara Falls, swathes of the land surrounding the waterfalls have frozen, making for some stunning photo opportunities. Emma Grafham and Inge Groot were among the visitors checking out the wintry conditions; Emma told CNN she “felt like [she] was in Elsa’s castle” from the movie ‘Frozen.’ The area is currently under an extreme cold weather alert.
