今日の和菓子：月光石(ツキノイシ) 宇宙菓子シリーズ No.2
#dearmoon Projectの一環として制作した、宇宙にまつわる和菓子の第二段は、月の光を閉じ込めた、その名も「月光石」。
キラキラ輝く鉱石に見立てた甘いこちらのお菓子は、アクセントに"クローブ"というスパイスを入れた、アップルサイダー風、林檎味の琥珀糖です。
Today’s Wagashi : Moon Light Stone / Space Sweets No.2
As a part of dearmoon project by Yusaku Maezawa, I created "KOHAKUTOU"; edible crystal Jelly gemstones, which capture the moon light.
The flavor is apple with clove as an accent, just like apple cider! If I can find such stones in the moon, I would pick and put them in my pocket to bring them back. haha
