44th Prefecture conquered - Kagawa Prefecture! Kagawa is most famed for its delicious udon. Everyone’s favorite Sanuki Udon is originated from Kagawa Prefecture! I was at Nakano Udon School @nakanoudonschool_takamatsu to learn how to make udon! I have handmade udon and soba before but this is by far the most fun!!! You make your udon while dancing to Pikotaro’s PenPineappleApplePen???? and your teacher dances along with you???.
