I am so excited to finally announce the launch of my @boogiebounceofficial business franchise!!! I have been working on this in the background for several months now so it is great that January 2019 welcomes the start of Boogie Bounce Trinity!!! - a fun, feel-good & full-body fitness class performed entirely on mini-trampolines. Classes are held at the Trinity Building of Sheffield Girls High School on Monday nights 6-7pm and 7-8pm and instructed by myself and/or my friend Emily.

Opening night is Monday 14th January 2019 - Book in for a good laugh and to bounce off those post-Christmas blues. Only 40 spaces available across 2 classes on opening night, so book quickly to secure your place! Looking forward to seeing you there! *Don’t forget your non-slip socks.
