When I joined the on-demand dog walking app, @wag as a creative strategist (and investor), it was important to me that we made helping rescue animals a big priority. One of the many things we do with our Wag! for Good program, is deliver much-needed supplies to shelters around the country, which are in greeter need during the holidays.
These boxes contain toys, blankets, leashes and other items that dogs love. These simple gesture improves the lives of these pups while they wait for their forever home. ????
For those looking to get involved in helping homeless animals, I encourage you to donate to shelter and rescue organizations in your community. A quick Google search will turn up some worthy recipients including organizations like @wagsandwalks here in LA (our first stop on our holiday tour). If you’re still not sure, ask friends for some recommendations. Animal shelters can always use more blankets, towels, durable chew toys and treats. ???❤️❤️❤️???
