Here’s mine.. Before I went to bed, I put dish soap with water in my #shaker , leaving it overnight, so it would remove the #smell of protein.
The next #morning I was getting #ready to hit the #gym and I was in the a rush.. I totally #forgot to wash out my shaker. I thought I had just filled it with water, so instead I added two scoops of #protein and 2 tbs of honey... And I went to the gym!
About 20 minutes into the #workout I went for a big gulp from my shaker.
What a #surprise I got!
You can imagine the rest. I gagged, made strange, contorted faces while running to the water fountain. I can’t even tell you how #nasty ?? that shake was!
I tasted that #soap for hours. ...
My friend made a joke, like next time buy dish soap ? with strawberry ? or lemon ? taste ?
...
P.S. Any way I still remember the taste of the “glorious” shake I made ???
