For those of you that don’t know my history in the IFBB league. I have competed in 34 shows across the country and have been to the Olympia stage 2x in my career as a pro bodybuilder (bikini division).

When I first started in 2011, I remember everyone telling me I could never go pro being a NATURAL athlete (No anabolic steroids that’s very common in this league) or without getting a boob job. I remember clearly looking at these people and thinking to myself - you have no idea what the fuck I’m capable of!? -

Fast forward 7 years later and I accomplished and exceeded my own goals and dreams because I BELIEVED IN MYSELF. Not because the belief was handed to me but what I had been through by the time I was 25 yrs old when I started competing. See people can have opinions or say things about how they think your life is going to play out. BUT☝️ until someone walks in your shoes they really have no idea what you’re capable of.?

I just want y’all to know the most powerful thing we can is believe in OURSELVES. Anything is possible when you believe in your capabilities. If I had listened to anyone about my abilities I wouldn’t be where I am today.?
