【八芳園のおもてなし料理】

昨今の食の多様化に伴い、様々な「食」への取り組みを行っている八芳園。
八芳園のご結婚式でお届けする料理には、たくさんの強い想いがあります。

その昔、日本では、結婚式とは自宅で執り行うものでした。
結婚式当日は、玄関先に水をまき、季節の花を飾り、
ゲストの顔ぶれを考えて、旬の食材やその家の自慢の料理でゲストをもてなした日本の婚礼文化。

時代が変わっても、「おもてなしの気持ち」は変わらないはず。
おふたりに代わって、おもてなしの想いが伝わる料理を提供したい。
そんな料理人の想いから、八芳園では
「おもてなし料理」という、おふたりの想いに寄り添うメニューが誕生いたしました。

故郷の食材を使用したり、両家の想い出の一品を再現したり。
