【今年最後の日本酒の会】先日、大変ご好評をいただいた八芳園の日本酒イベント「蔵元さんと一緒に日本酒を愉しむ会」。第26回目となった今回のイベントでは、京都伏見で最も古い歴史を持つ造り酒屋、増田徳兵衞商店さんをお迎えしました。日本酒なのにワインのような飲み口の純米酒「抱腹絶倒」や、先週絞ったばかりという新酒「今年のどすえ」など、貴重なお話とともに様々な日本酒をご堪能いただきました。さらに、このイベントに欠かせない特別料理は、料理人が蔵元である京都に足を運び選んだ、現地の食材をふんだんに取り入れてお届け致しました。今回も多くのお客様にお越しいただき、今年の日本酒を愉しむ会を締めくくる、素晴らしいイベントとなりました。来年のイベントについても、詳細が決まり次第お知らせさせていただきます。来年のイベントでも、皆さまのお越しを、心よりお待ちしております。 [八芳園] http://www.happo-en.com/ 【Last Sake Gathering in This Year 】 The sake event of Happo-en, "The gathering to enjoy sake together with breweries“ which received very popular attention the other day, Everyone enjoyed various sake such as“Hohuku-Zettoh”, which tastes like wine and new sake called,'Kotoshi no dosue' just squeezed last week with their precious stories. Also the special cuisines that were indispensable to this event were prepared with a plenty of the local ingredients chosen by the chef who visited breweries in Kyoto.
