It’s that time of year, when we get ready for our Galette des Rois (King’s cake), made with flaky puff pastry filled with almond frangipane, and scored on top to resemble a crown. (Think: almond croissant, in cake form!) Each comes with a golden paper crown and fève to hide inside, so whoever finds it is deemed king for the day. Excited to have these in Soho, @dominiqueanselkitchen, and also @dominiqueansellondon and @dominiqueansella too. Preorders are online now for pick-ups December 28th-Jan 20th. #GalettedesRois ?
