Final taste tests of few of our Christmas Eve Brunch dishes at @189bydominiqueansel (served Monday 12/24 from 11:30-3pm): brûléed brie mac & cheese, Christmas sausage stuffing with cranberries, sage, and thyme; and fried brussels sprouts with Granny Smith apples and sunflower seeds. Not pictured: honey-glazed ham with caramelized wildflower honey; fluffy buttermilk pancakes; soft scrambled eggs with homemade sourdough; DIY lobster rolls with homemade split-top potato buns; house-cured lox with dill & capers; and Cronut Holes, just to name a few.
