Don’t let anyone talk you out of your goals, not even yourself. I don't care what you did yesterday, a year ago, or 5 years ago FIGHT for the new you. They will always try and dim your shine when your on your way up. Before you make that breakthrough they will attack in packs so stay up keep fighting and never give in. You deserve to be happy. I've made a lot of mistakes in my life but I am who I show you here. I'm blessed with the opportunity to help get others healthy by all circumstances I shouldn't be here right now.

I grew up with drug addicts, my parents were dealers and users my uncle and grandparents were dealers at one time, I dropped out of school in the 9th grade, I was so weak I stayed in a physically abusive relationship for years. I grew up on food stamps and section 8 as a child we went without food, electricity, water your basic needs. I'm way too familiar with methadone clinics in fact as a teen the first place I worked out was at a group class at the methadone clinic with my mom.

Today I teach others to be healthy and create an income, how was I able to do that? I got up daily for years and fought for who I wanted to be, against the odds, I'm doing it! Against what everyone said I went after it!

Don't ever give up, if you have a goal, a dream, or a vision keep grinding until you get there. You can do it I promise, nothing is too out of reach. The secret to greatness is not giving up, you will see failure but if you fail get up and keep going. They say if you fall, fall on your back because if you can look up you can get up! Make a choice just decide who your going to be and what your going to do and DO IT! You can do this! Fight for you because you deserve that. ❤️
