Tomorrow will be ONE YEAR since I gave birth to my sweet angel and I can’t help but reminisce ? Having a baby completely transformed my mind, body and spirit in a way I can’t put into words. I’ve never felt stronger and more alive. Giving birth gave me this new found purpose and confidence to challenge myself in new ways. I think it was immediately after labor when I felt like I won the olympics for pushing or something (ha!). It was the hardest yet most rewarding thing my body has ever endured. It gave me this realization that I can totally conquer anything I put my mind to because helloooo girl you HAD A BABY! Looking at these two photos 3 weeks pp VS today, I can tell you that both of these versions of me are equally strong and beautiful. The greatest exercise was learning how to be kind to my body, respect it and trust the process. It is a blessing to know I gave another human life (my fave little human ever!) so the best thing I can do to thank this body is treat it right and never take it for granted. ?#12monthspostpartum #bbg #transformationtuesday #bekindtoyourself #bbgmoms #trusttheprocess
