It’s GOOD LIFE Wednesday! (My fave time of the week) ? ‘Tis the season for cozy gatherings ? Stevie and I love hosting small get togethers at our house weekly. Our friends will tell you when you walk into our home, you will instantly feel this inviting warmth that is so cozy. ? I’ve always dreamed of having a house like that - one that brings people together and gives others that feeling like it’s their second home. I’ll give some of the cred to the cozy candles i always have lit but the true feeling of that warmth is coming from the presence of God being all over it. When we tell you the story of how we got our cozy little storybook home you will be shocked... I was! It was a complete test of faith and it still gives me goosebumps just writing about it. We are sharing this story with you today in hopes that it will encourage you in whatever decisions (big or small) you’re faced with.——————————————————
I feel it in my heart to share that my life before God was really a life I never want to go back to. Why? To know that there is a God who wants to walk closely with you and guide you in every right or wrong decision you’ll ever make gives me so much peace! So take comfort in our story today when we talk about what it means to have a “homesick soul.” Oh and we want you to laugh too so our good friend @jonvolk is stopping by for a little Christmas battle because he thinks he’s the king of Christmas!
