What emotions do you feel when you see colours?

Patrick Caulfield is known for his boldly coloured canvases that offer alternative ways of picturing the world, often by incorporating elements of photorealism within an everyday scene. He deliberately makes the relationship between these varying representational methods uneasy and ambiguous, so that the picture appears more real than the everyday world around it.
