Two #MonsterSlugs trail the Tate Britain entrance, their slime glimmering with energy efficient blue and white lights.

This year's Winter Commissioned artist Monster Chetwynd said she was inspired by a #DavidAttenborough documentary that revealed the absorbing mating rituals of leopard slugs and how they emit a blue glow when they mate, usually at night time. She wants the work to remind us that the darkness of winter could be a time of renewal and rebirth. ?❄️
