Meet the e-tron GT – Audi’s answer to the Tesla Model S. ?

The car, set to arrive in showrooms in 2021, is to be powered by a 590-brake-horsepower motor and should reach 60 miles per hour in less than 3.5 seconds.

The German manufacturer claims the concept car’s top speed is regulated at 149 mph, to maximize its range of 248 miles. Audi did not offer a price for the e-tron GT just yet, but you can expect it to be in the same arena of Tesla’s Model S.
