壁一面に108個の電波時計が並んでいます。
福島第一原子力発電所事故後に現地で従事した作業員の肖像が、黒い顔料で描かれている作品です。関東に向けた電波の送信所が福島県双葉郡川内村にあることから、作品に電波時計が使用されています。

"Black color timer"
Portraits of workers employed on-site after the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant accident are depicted in black on 108 radio-controlled clocks. The use of the radio-controlled clocks is derived from the fact that the radio wave transmission station for the Kanto area is located in the village of Kawauchi in Futaba-gun, Fukushima Prefecture.
