Getting ready for LA’s very first birthday this weekend, when our entire pastry case is turning into these adorable religieuses (double-decker cream puffs) from all of our shops over the years. Penny the Pig (filled with strawberry jam and honey rose mascarpone ganache) and Marcel the Monkey (banana jam and dulce de leche ganache) from NYC; @DominiqueAnselLondon’s Hootie the Owl (raspberry jam and toasted oat ganache); @ドミニクアンセルベーカリー’s Philippe the Frog (matcha ganache and peach jam); and LA’s Mango Rose religieuse making a comeback too. Available this FRIDAY-SUNDAY only at the Bakery @dominiqueansella. And be sure to stop by on SATURDAY too, when we’re throwing a birthday party with complimentary slices of birthday cake (while supplies last).
