With our LA Bakery turning 1 this weekend, we’re throwing a first birthday party on the West Coast with a pastry case full of religieuses (double-decker cream puffs) from all of our shops from over the years, this Friday-Sunday at @DominiqueAnselLA. There’s Blizzard the Bear (filled with caramelized apples and brown butter ganache) and Penny the Pig (strawberry jam, rose honey mascarpone ganache) from NYC, to @DominiqueAnselLondon’s Hootie the Owl (raspberry jam, toasted oat ganache), @ドミニクアンセルベーカリー’s Philippe the Frog (peach jam, matcha ganache), and @DominiqueAnselLA’s Mango Rose Religieuse (mango jam, rose ganache), just to name a few.
