Just a few dishes from our “DHOP” pancake brunch feast @189bydominiqueansel, kicking off this weekend (and every Sat & Sun through November) for our very 1st birthday on the West Coast. 8 kinds of pancakes plus all the sides, served family-style. Crispy Potato Latkes with applesauce and crème fraîche, House-Cured Lox with capers and dill, Sweet Potato Hash with maple and sage, Scallion Pancakes with a sesame soy dipping sauce, Housemade Pastrami Hash, and Thick-Cut Bacon “Au Poivre” with smoked honey and black pepper.
