We visited the Tamagawa Shuzo, which was founded in the early Edo Era.
They continue to make Sake there to this day, with the ethos “Enjoy your health through Sake”.
Miyuu (@Miyuu) tasted their recommended Sake at the “Echigo Yukikura-Kan”, which is attached to the distillery. “How do you like it...?” Photographer’s comment (@高橋伸哉)
