Today, is #WorldMentalHealthDay. From anxiety to depression, schizophrenia to trauma (such as that which Mabia lives with) - one in four people will experience a mental health issue in his or her lifetime. Of all people living with a mental illness or an intellectual disability, 85% are in low and middle-income countries. Mental and behavioral problems reduce lifespan by as much as 20 years. In some countries, 98% receive no treatment. Neglect by governments and stigma leads to the marginalization of both the issue and the people living with mental health conditions.
