Many have asked me about private onsen as some people are too shy to visit a public bath. You can always check if your ryokan has “kashikiri buro” (貸切風呂) - a private bath you can rent for a period of time for yourself or your family. The best is of course 露天風呂付客室 - room with open-air bath. Dip in any time, however long you like. Take alllll the photos you want.??. Just don’t accidentally go IG live.?
