My 42nd Prefecture: There are 3 prefectures in Tohoku along the Sea of Japan, but I’ve already been to Aomori and Akita so the answer is Yamagata! It is most famous for its cherries and Yonezawa beef which is one of the top 3 beef in Japan along with Matsusaka beef and Kobe beef.??
