Last weekend was a particularly memorable one. I spent my Saturday morning with some lovely girls from the Singapore Girls Home.

@j_ocelyngoh and @somedayssamantha came along with me and we brought tons of makeup to conduct a 2 hour makeup tutorial with the girls! They walked out looking professional, and ready for future job interviews ?

I got to sit down and chat with them as well, and they asked tons of questions about the industry, how to be confident and positive etc. I’m no expert in this ever changing journey called Life, but I did my best to share as many experiences as I could. My heart goes out to these girls, and whatever they are going through or have been through, I hope that they can look forward to a bright future that awaits them. These two hours made such an impact on us, and I have such respect for the counsellors and officers that dedicate their lives to helping those in need as well. I hope I made a tiny difference in their lives, even if it was just for a moment.

To the girls: I’m sending all my love!! I know you guys don’t have access to any social media, but when you do get the chance to, I hope you get to see this ♥️

A big thank you to the facilitators (especially Carmen, who coordinated this with me!!) at the girls home for having us, and I’m so glad @somedayssamantha and @j_ocelyngoh came along for this. Love you guys!
