This week, #OneHandClapping curator Xiaoyu Weng (@xiaoyuxiaoyuxiaoyu) is taking over the Guggenheim’s Instagram to give you a behind-the-scenes look at how the exhibition came together.

For artist Lin Yilin’s (@lylstudio) work “Monad,” we documented the performance components—including a drone dropping the basketball and the artist himself rolling from the rotunda of the museum upwards—during changeover at the museum while the space was empty of artwork. It was sublime and strange experience. The third component of the work is a virtual reality piece that features NBA star Jeremy Lin (@jlin7), and seen here is a still image from the animated rendering of Jeremy and the real Jeremy attending the opening and watching the VR work. #GuggenheimTakeover
