Mr. Kobayashi, a barista with six years of experience, says “My goal is to produce a coffee which lingers after drinking. I serve medium roasted beans for its sweetness and richness.” Beans are roasted by the fine roasting machine in café, and the chewy bagels made from natural yeast does not have the typical hardness of the NY style bagels, and are popular for being delicious even on the following day.
