“浅草のお菓子屋さん”というと、昔ながらの渋い和菓子屋か、味のある洋菓子店、はたまたくじやガチャガチャが並ぶ駄菓子屋さんを思い浮かべてしまうのでは？ でも『菓子工房ルスルス』はそのどれでもない。
上品で滋味深い焼き菓子と美しい生菓子。日本舞踊の稽古場だった空間を生かした改装をし、洋菓子の製造と販売、喫茶スペースを設け、お菓子教室も開催している、現代的和洋折衷な店。
姉妹でオーナーを務めるあゆ子さん（姉）とまゆ子さん（妹）は実家も自宅もこの近隣だったこともあり、東麻布店が軌道に乗った5年後の2012年に浅草店をオープン。
今では、わざわざ遠くから訪れるファンも多いが、それ以上に地元ファミリーにも愛されている。

KASHIKOBO RESSOURCES / “A sweets shop in Asakusa" might sound like an old-fashioned Japanese sweets store, charming pastry store, or an authentic small candy store. However, “KASHIKOBO RESSOURCES” is none of the above. They produce rich and tasty baked goods and beautiful confectionery. They have an atmosphere of contemporary Japanese and Western cuisine from refurbishment taking advantage of the space that used to be a practicing place for Japanese dance, and offers manufacturing and selling of confectionery, space for café, and even conducts confectionery workshop. Five year after their Higashi Azabu store got on track, co-owners Ayuko (older sister) and Mayuko (younger sister), for living close to Asakusa, started their second store in Asakusa in 2012. Nowadays, there are a lot of fans who visit their stores from far away, but the local people love them even more.
