Although the @vintagebooks Vintage Classic edition of #HowToEat comes out next Thursday, today marks the actual 20th anniversary of its original publication and to celebrate it, this Apple and Walnut Crumble from the book is #recipeoftheday. I’ve chosen it in particular as it was a real favourite of my husband John’s. And How To Eat would never have existed without his urging and encouragement in the first place.
