My 3 favourite lower body stretches ??‍♀️ Watch each video all the way through to see progressions, described below: ➡️ Stretch One: Deep lunge. Progress by lifting the back knee. Take it to the next level by dropping one or both elbows to the ground. Then channel your inner yogi by lifting your back knee with your elbows on the ground ? ➡️Stretch Two: Glute Release. Beginners hold behind the thigh, intermediate hold on the shin, advanced push up and drop your chin towards the calf. ➡️ Stretch Three: Hips Flexors & Quads. Beginners lie back onto your wrists/palms or forearms. Advanced squad, relax onto your back ✌? I stretch after every single workout and I also do stretching at other points throughout the day if I need it e.g. when listening to podcasts ? The most important thing is to stretch consciously. Breathe into the stretch and try to relax in each position, releasing any tension from your body ??
