? So happy to get my hands on Leatherwood honey - it’s one of Australia's rarest and finest honeys from the beautiful island of Tasmania.
One of my personal fav ways of enjoying honey is as a sweetener for yogurt.

Unlike other honey I have tasted before, the taste is beautifully unique; with a charming sweet flavour which has to be the aroma of the leatherwood blossoms ?. The packaging is also so pweetty?. Oh the yogurt art is colored naturally using cocoa powder, matcha powder, black cocoa powder.
