The intricacy of the patchwork rug floor on the #RL50 runway was mirrored by Bethesda Terrace’s restored Moroccan tile ceiling and frescoed plaster walls. The design team concealed much of the necessary equipment and lighting behind specially constructed arbors painted with intentional imperfections and discolorations to blend seamlessly with the historic walls—resulting in a natural effect in harmony with the Central Park landmark.
