Hand-woven baskets—spilling over with a variety of roses, hydrangeas, ferns, berries, and ivy—were sourced from the same Paris vendor that provides the bread baskets for Ralph Lauren’s restaurants around the world, including @ThePoloBar in New York City.

The Polo Bars’s signature green-rim steak plates were customized for the evening with blue trim to complement bespoke blue-and-white Burleigh tableware—the only manufacturer of china still utilizing a type of printing called underglaze transfer, a labor-intensive method developed more than 200 years ago. It was this relaxed al fresco sensibility that the design team wanted to mix with more formal antiqued pewter chargers custom-made in India, mercury glass goblets, and @RalphLaurenHome Norwood stemware to create a sense of signature RL elegance.
