I did this leg workout on Monday and my hamstrings are still sore ? This superset is a toughie, add it into your next leg workout for a challenge: ➡️ Wide stance barbell Romanian deadlift x 12 (big squeeze at the top, slow lowering using the hamstrings) ➡️ Swiss ball hamstring roll ins x 12 (its very important to LIFT your hips as you roll the ball in to maintain a straight line from your shoulders to your knees) ? Go for 4 rounds, resting between each one for a minute, you’ll feel the burn ? Note: this video is double speed, take your time ??
