Ingredients:
★Seafood Fried Beehoon: thin bee hoon, frozen prawns, chives, minced garlic, @DodoSeafoodTreats's cheese tofu, fresh fish ball, and crab stick, salt & pepper, topped with La-yu (chili oil).
★Fishball soup: your choice of clear soup stock (I use 味覇), bak choy and @DodoSeafoodTreats's Teochew fishball, topped with fried shallot.
