カラふ(麩)ルを使ったお弁当。

スーパーで見つけたかわいいお麩。
そのまま食べても
水で戻しても
揚げても食べられます。

そのままが一番かわいいかな。

お麩をそのままおせんべいみたいに
食べるのが好きで
あっという間になくなってしまう??

なにそれ美味しいの？
お麩だけに（笑）

I found colorful and cute FU(麩:wheat gluten) at supermarket yesterday. 

You can eat this wheat gluten straight from the package or fry or simmer as you like. 

I love the way to eat straight from the package like as snacks:-)
