?To begin I’m doing a full body that includes legs, booty, arms and shoulders. Try running this with a moderate weight 4 sets 30 reps. Lunge into a bicep curl into a shoulder press.

? Next is an alternate exercise which is reverse lunge into a shoulder press. 15 reps each side 4 sets
_
? Last exercise is sumo squats into a jump squat. I suggest 15 reps sumo and 5-10 jump squats.
