Today's #AllTooHumanInspired artist is @doronlangberg: 'In this painting, I was thinking of how Cecily Brown dissolves her figures into the landscape in an explosion of brush strokes. I used an observational portrait of my friend Cal as a reference for the figure, and invented the space around him. Like in Brown’s paintings, I wanted this piece to have a fictional feeling, as if it could all be taking place in the figure’s (or the viewer’s) imagination.'
