Russian pilgrims stand in front of the recently restored Edicule, which encloses what is believed to be the tomb of Jesus Christ, inside the Church of the Holy Sepulchre in Jerusalem. The church contains the two holiest sites in Christianity: the site where Jesus of Nazareth was crucified as well as the site of Jesus's empty tomb, where he is said to have been buried and resurrected. This was my first time visiting this incredible site, one of many religious gems inside the old city.
