Take your story to the streets this week with #TurquoiseTakeover... I wear turquoise to start the conversation about lung cancer. Education is the key... it starts by telling people why you support and fight with @lungforce !
For me it’s to honor the life of my Grandmother, Doris, who after a short 7 month battle passed away from lung cancer. We didn’t know it could happen to ANYONE, even non smokers like her. So now I tell her story to hopefully help others know the other causes and look for the signs! Get a scan, test your house for radon, and live a tobacco free life!
We must be a force for change against the NUMBER ONE CANCER KILLER!
