Listening to @1stphorm CEO @andyfrisella podcast this morning in Vegas. I loved this episode because it’s all about the highs and lows of success. People love to flex on social media and act like life is all perfection and private jets but we all struggle with ups and downs and it’s really valuable listening to someone like Andy being candid about the reality and pressure of being a boss and being responsible for such a huge company.
