? Leg and booty day?

My warmup consisted of leg extensions and leg curls. Like I said to start out I want to stick to basic moves for my training. I did a super set of barbell squats, barbell deadlifts and overhead lunges. I did reps of 15-20 of each exercise fast paced for 4 rounds nonstop. Give it a shot ?
