This is illustrator Jon Stich @jonstich in his studio in San Francisco on a Saturday afternoon. After we videoed his interview, I unloaded my bag of Sakura products onto his desk so I could watch him draw a piece from start to finish. Jon really liked the colors and poses in a photo he saw in a National Geographic magazine and decided to illustrate that.
