Being human, at the very core, is about our relation to other humans. The foundation of this is our families. Our connection begins with our parents and grandparents. We begin with being cared for as infants, nurtured as young adults, provide for a family and then eventually are cared for once again. The generational aspect of humanity is the foundation for health. Our families support us.
Each generation builds on the previous generation. The obvious is knowledge and commerce. Yet the thread that underlies this is how we find rejuvenation and relaxation. The key to this is open space. We understand the value parks have for our community. They build connections and make life pleasant. From this standpoint it’s important that we improve on the public lands that we have been entrusted with. My association with the @trustforpublicland ensures that I’m doing my part so that future generations can experience the wonder and beauty of open space. Join in The Trust for Public Lands effort to have a park within 10 minutes of every home. It’s a solid investment in our future.
The Story Mill Park in Bozeman will be a park that offers unstructured recreation, wetland nature areas, picnic spots and a boulder garden. We are all better for this.
