This morning was the dreaded pendulum @upfitnesslive I hate it so much it’s untrue. I make evil Steve stand behind me the whole time in genuine fear of collapsing ? Hit a new PB today of 30kg for 10reps, 4 sets! On paper 30kg isn’t heavy for me really. I squat 80kg but this piece of equipment makes it SO much harder. Happy I’m getting stronger though! Progress over perfection any day for me ??‍♀️
