just hanging out with my BFF (best furry friend🐶💕) aaaaand just realized I’ve been back on social media for a FULL WEEK now!! It feels amazing to be back 😌🙏🏼 I’m excited be back on hear, to pour from abundance, and motivate from personal integrity 💪🏼💜

And while I know some days will be harder than others, the path of growth is all that matters. I never believed this journey would be easy. But I believed it was worth it.

So with that I thought I’d share a goals I have for 2018 that really ties in my intentions👇🏼:

My goals are to emit kindness from within,
enhance my health in every aspect, and continue to grow through my greatest passions in life.💜

treating my goals with respect,
experience more of nature,
sharing my love for fitness with all of y’all!! ⠀
and to believe in the love that unites humanity as a whole🦋🌎]
