Have you ever heard 'No name chicken'? .

It's a kind of fried chicken (and with some vegetables) I really loved it and (ate that in Koh Tao 20 years ago) I'm still looking for the recipe since then. .

I'll go Bangkok on May or June to go learn Thai cuisine at #silomthaicookingschool. I'll ask about the no-name chicken at the school, if someone knows about it, please let me know, no matter how small.
