Tried to cycle from Belfast to Glasgow and got nowhere ? finished today’s leg session with @gorka_marquez on the bike (I hate cycling) we did intervals 30 secs seated low resistance / 30 secs climbing high resistance for 15 mins. It felt like 9hrs and my legs are now like jelly ?
