Photo by @mmuheisen (Muhammed Muheisen) Aliah Nasir, a 25-day-old premature Afghan refugee baby girl, lies on a bed next to her mother Shameem at a “one stop center” where her family have taken refuge near the Croatian border in Serbia. I photographed Aliah while visiting camps to document the daily life of the refugees stranded there, along with @ソニア・ベン・アンマー and @rooswijngaards of @everydayrefugees foundation while delivering warm clothes to refugee children and their mothers.
